so i got these books, i don't think it's been translated into english, reading about all the amazing info, how can i not share?
they are interesting in a way it's very specific in portions and time of day to have certain vegetable or fruit, i guess it works according to the "chi" (energy flow) of the human body. remember, these are all fruits and vegetables, so don't freak out thinking it's something that is from outer space!
so i will be adding to this section as i translate, i hope this best kept nature's ancient secrets and  info will be useful to you:




banana +
licorice root powder ( you can get this at a local chinese herb shop)

1. have half of a banana
dipped with a little bit of licorice root powder- this will get rid of bad breath. (believe it or not!)
2. have 3 bites of a banana
dipped with a little bit of licorice root powder - heal lungs bleeding.
3. have half of a banana
dippedwith a little bit of licorice root powder - this will help digestion.
4.
have a banana dipped with a little bit of licorice powder - this heals anemia.


dried plum- ( you can get these in a package at local asian market or chinese herb shops )
(don't chew right away, let it rest a bit in your mouth, let the taste melt)

1. have a dried plum at 9am - this will help digestion.
2. have a dried plum at 10 am - this will enhance health and free-flowing of the liver.
3. have a dried plum at 11 am - this will enhance health and free-flowing of the lungs.
