Fresh bean sprout, fried sweet potatoes with Thai sauce:
I came up with this one day when my fridge is running low and I saw a box of bean sprout sitting there and some steamed sweet potatoes and some Thai sauce
my mother had prepared for me the night before. Since the sweet potatoes had been sitting in the fridge overnight, it could get a little bit soggy, so I decided to
fried them up to get a more crispy taste. Then I washed the fresh bean sprout and present it on the plate in a heart shape (my favorite girly shape) and placed the
fried sweet potatoes on top. To my surprise both tasted delicious with the sauce poured on.
Cooking time: 5 min!!
Girl’s favorite Thai sauce:

I learned this one day though a Thai lady from the Temple.
I promised you this sauce goes with EVERYTHING, like rice, spring rolls, appetizers,
Ingredients:
One or more small red or green chili (if you can take spicy, go crazy and put more!)
Soy sauce (depending on how much you want to make, I go for half a small rice bowl)
Cilantros/coriander chopped (desirable amount)
Fresh lemon juice from half a lemon (just squeeze)
Brown sugar (desirable amount to taste, I usually like it sweet so I go crazy with brown sugar)
How:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Done!
